Hugh Callaghan joined Summit RE Partners in 2016, after a multifaceted career that ranged in executive level business development, entrepreneurship, and raising capital for diverse investments and funds.
Prior to focusing a majority of his efforts in Real Estate, Hugh had worked in various capacities raising capital for hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices and real estate developers. In 2013, he joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank to focus his efforts on real estate.
Hugh is a co-founder of Dalton Kent Securities, a broker-dealer which was sold for over $30 million. He was instrumental in building the firm from 15 employees to over 850.
Hugh attended University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he received his B.A. in economics and was division 1 Lacrosse player. Hugh has been an avid golfer and golf enthusiast for over 20 years. He participates as a competitive amateur throughout the world and maintains relationships with key individuals in the golf community.

Leah Goldfarb has been a formidable presence in the New York real estate market for more than 30 years. After graduating cum laude from Columbia University in 1983 she became a licensed real estate broker. She joined the firm of Walter & Samuels, Inc., in 1988, and as director of sales, Leah lent her talents to creating architectural designs and supervising renovations, formulating marketing plans and brokering transactions.
The aspect of her work that brought her the most fulfillment was helping to transform some of the city’s renowned pre-war buildings and repositioning assets into trophy properties.
Leah lives on the city’s Upper West Side, a step or two from Central Park, and is an avid Krav Maga practitioner. She recently joined Summit Real Estate Partners to broaden the company’s investment,retail and residential communities.
