440 Ninth Avenue, a property owned by Paramount Group, on the edge of Hudson Yards & Penn Station, was 40% vacant. The main tenant, B&H photo had occupied one-third of the building. The building was purchased in 2008 with the hopes it would capitilze on the development of the Hudson Yards and the 7 train. Although the brokerage community was doubtul on the arival of the 7 train, Daniel Hassett and the rest of the agency team managed to lease out 220,000 sf here.
