Seeking to establish a beachhead in the United States, Mutinex engaged Summit RE Partners to identify an office that matched the distinctive character of its Australian headquarters. An Australian-founded marketing technology company, Mutinex uses AI-powered commercial mix modeling to help leading brands understand what drives revenue, measure the impact of their marketing investments, and make more informed budget decisions through its GrowthOS platform.

Mutinex ultimately selected The Plant at 321 West 44th Street, a prewar loft building that was comprehensively modernized in the early 2010s.
